We’re looking for a motivated Junior Account Manager to join our fast-growing team at Fast Forward Logistics Co. As an Account Executive, you’ll manage client accounts, develop new opportunities, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction. Your duties include:
Maintaining strong client relationships
Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities
Preparing reports and presentations
Negotiating contracts and ensuring on-time deliverables
Strong communication and client management skills
Experience in sales, CRM tools, and account management
Bachelor’s degree (Business/Marketing preferred)
Prior logistics industry experience is a plus
Car ownership is required
● At least one year of experience as a Junior Account Manager or relevant sales role
● Experience with CRM software (e.g. Salesforce)
● Understanding of sales principles and ability to deliver excellent customer experience
● Strong (verbal and written) communication skills with an ability to build relationships
● Effective presentation and negotiation skills
● High degree of professionalism
● Good time-management skills with a problem-solving attitude
● BSc degree in Business Administration, Marketing or relevant field
● Owning a car is a must .
